Hi guys! I was super excited to share this set! I have been very much into the duality of masculinity and femininity expressed through males recently. When Zeke reached out, I already saw the image of what I wanted to capture with him. I wanted to shoot him in both a masculine and feminine expression and this is what we came up with.
ALSO: shout out to my amazing boyfriend @lejonpettis for helping out with lighting and makeup!
First, we shot the more masculine shots. I was going for a retro vibe and luckily I found some spots that lent well to that.
Then we shot the feminine expression. Initially, I was trying to combine old vintage sailor portraits with Troye Sivan in makeup into a single concept, but I couldn't find what I was looking for in the vintage store so I just stuck with a simple version and I have to say, I love how it turned out! We did a simple pink eyeshadow and a little blush on the cheekbones.
I was incredibly happy how these came out! Special thanks to @zekelindsey for being down to wear makeup and be a part of this shoot! Let me know what you guys think of this!
